Aries Systems’ ongoing user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) redesign initiative of Editorial Manager® (EM) and ProduXion Manager® (PM) is driven by our dedication to delivering modern, streamlined, responsive, and accessible solutions. This multi-year, multi-phase evolution of EM and PM will initially prioritize high-impact, heavily-trafficked, and most-request areas of the system. As part of our commitment to develop user-centric workflows, Aries collects and leverages direct feedback from Authors, Editors, and Reviewers that fuels strategic, data-informed design enhancements.

We encourage users to share their feedback on current workflows and upcoming designs by volunteering for the Editorial Manager User Experience Feedback Program! The Aries UI/UX Design team will solicit user insights through low-touch, little-commitment research activities such as surveys, interviews, design prototype testing, polls, and usability sessions. Volunteers will be invited to participate in research exercises only a few times annually, and may skip feedback opportunities or opt-out of the program at any time.
