The Aries Client Services team is dedicated to ensuring all Editorial Manager and ProduXion Manager users are supported throughout their deployment. In addition to initial on-boarding and subsequent training and troubleshooting, did you know they also offer free training webinars?

Conducted following each new software release (about twice a year), Aries Client Services webinars serve as an additional resource for users to stay updated. A member of the Aries Client Services team hosts a live session and walks through the steps for configuration of the latest functionality rolled out in the most recent release. Held on the WebEx platform, the duration of each webinar is approximately 45 minutes at no additional charge to customers. All training sessions are recorded and uploaded onto the Aries website for viewing following the conclusion of the webinar.
