It is critical for Author, Reviewers, and editorial staff to be able to quickly surface stored communications throughout the publishing workflow. To enable this, Aries Systems implemented the addition of Personal Correspondence History in Editorial Manager/ProduXion Manager version 16.0. Prior to the introduction of this feature, users were required to search across multiple database tables using reporting functionality to view correspondence specific to an individual.

A direct result of user feedback from our bi-annual user group meetings, Personal Correspondence History empowers users to quickly and easily access and view of all emails related to a particular person registered to the system directly from their People Record.
