The APHA Advances with Editorial Manager and Preprint Manager
February 9, 2011 North Andover, MA, USA – The American Public Health Association (APHA) is the oldest and most diverse organization of public health professionals in the world and has been working to improve public health since 1872.
The APHA publishes the American Journal of Public Health, the leading forum for publication of public health research. The journal recently successfully transitioned its peer review operations to EM and has also deployed Preprint Manager for production tracking and transfer of accepted manuscripts to the HighWire platform.
Commenting on the selection of EM, Brian Selzer, APHA Production Manager, identified as pivotal “regular Editorial Manager version releases that provide valuable new enhancements to us as the end-user in the Software-as-a-Service model.”
