Just go to PolicyManager and check off “Enable Institution Name Normalization” and click submit.

The benefit of using this functionality is that standardized institutional names (and Ringgold IDs) can be transferred to your journal’s production/hosting platform, thereby eliminating any ambiguity caused by the use of free text names.
