In 2013, Practical Action Publishing deployed Editorial Manager and ProduXion Manager for three peer-reviewed journals: Waterlines, FoodChain, and Enterprise Development and Microfinance. Founded 40 years ago by E.F. Schumacher, author of “Small is Beautiful,” Practical Action Publishing aims to challenge poverty through the global distribution of knowledge and technologies. Their policy, practice and research publications aim to stimulate discussion, strengthen peoples’ capabilities and promote sustainable change.
