Enterprise Analytics Reporting (EAR), the web-based reporting tool within the Editorial Manager system. Originally created for the recent Aries User Group Meeting where customers found it to be highly informative, this presentation examines how to work with EAR, as well as the new features added in the 8.1 version release.

EAR automates the aggregation and formatting of data for real-time information about a journal’s publishing workflow that is invaluable for analyzing the processes, gaining insight, and decision-making.
