Editorial Manager (EM) journals increasingly make use of the “reject with option to transfer” feature to automate transfer of rejected manuscripts to other journals. However, when using this option it’s important to get permission from reviewers to include their identities and reviewer comments in the transfer package. For this reason, EM includes a reviewer form option to solicit this permission from reviewers.
