Jennifer Fleet has joined Aries Systems’ management team as the Director of Customer Services. Her role at Aries is to manage the customer service department and work closely with users to assist them in training, implementation, and getting the most from the Editorial Manager system.

Jennifer’s ten years of experience in the scholarly publishing industry includes: Marketing Manager for T&F Informa; Production, Licensing, and Marketing Manager for the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS); and Production Manager for The Plant Cell; in addition to positions with the Journal of Neuroscience and the American Diabetes Association’s scholarly journals. She recently earned her MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
